Andie
The ask
Andie Swim came to us as they were looking to grow their global sales in Canada but they had limited knowledge and awareness of the market space.

The problem
Andie Swim is a beloved growing swimwear brand in the US. While they’ve done some big partnerships (read: a campaign with Demi Moore who was also a key investor) and have strong awareness in the US, that wasn’t the case for Canada.
There are also several Canadian-born and loved swimwear brands that were already in the market, many that had a strong handle on Canadian consumers already. The challenge became: how could we make Andie unique and stand out in Canada, in a market where they are an outsider?
The insight
Andie’s key unique selling point is their amazing fit. Simply put, Andie is swimwear made by women for women that has been designed with every size, fit preference and occasion in mind. We know that spotlighting this would be key to stand out.
Andie also wanted to focus on solving the terrible swimwear shopping experience. Unless you’re a bikini model, there is a universal understanding that swimsuit shopping is a bad, bad experience. To address the stress that comes with this, Andie created a team of Fit Experts (full-time customer service representatives) aka your virtual BFF to help you every step of the way. From asking the right questions on style preferences, understanding what styles work with certain activities and providing try-on tips, they were a huge source of knowledge we wanted to leverage.

The results
We were able to secure coverage in all key lifestyle publications in Canada including the Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, The Kit, Girlboss, FASHION Magazine and others. Local influencers (lifestyle, fashion) also showcased the fittings on their social media and them wearing the suits throughout the summer.
